Well, life has been getting in the way. But I am back. I have been training on and off the whole time.. Now I am being consistant.. Three Kettlebell bootcamps a week and a personal training session. So I am Hammering it. I love it.. It is a great feeling.. It is not that hard.. With Kettlebells you can kick ass for 30 mins and it is all over..Love it.. Running and running is just not me.. I get much better results and enjoy myself. My trainer gets everything out of me.
Now I think I said this before.. Video your self... I know.. I did't realise how fat I was before I did it.. My god.. I feel thin. I know I am getting more fit. I suppose it is a little psychology. My body image is not what I see on the video.. It is my goal to get them together.. It is all about quality of life for me.. I love the feeling of walking down the street and knowing I am fit and strong.. I feel confident and alive..It is great.. I hear my friends complaining about how they can't do the things they used to do when they were younger.. Man, get off your arse grab a Kettlebell and make a difference to your life. Stop whinging and go for it.

Yes kettlebell rocks mate. Just straight forward approach.
