Confession and Embarrassement

G'day Bloggers..

I had a kettlebell Session with TC today.. Yes I am keen training on New Years day. The training is not the hard part for me.. I can focus on what I am doing and it is over in less than an hour. Kettle bell training is fun and different. I have been doing weights for years but kettlebell has added a new dimension to my fitness.. A lot of Ballistic movement (TC technical talk). I only have to do 5 reps each set but I have to concentrate on form. Surprisingly I really get a great workout from such few reps.. Maybe that is the TC Hardcore secret. I am learning how to get fantastic results doing, which i would have considered before, little work.. It is all about the type and intensity of exercise you do..

Anyway confession time.. I ate Pizza last night.. I know I know. Why Why Why??? I don't know I used to say Pizza was my Kryptonite but since I have been on my eating plan I don't really want it anymore.. Junk food really affects my training and life. I feel sluggish, bloated, fat, tired just all round crappy. It takes me a couple of days to get back to my new normal.. Which is Positive, Energetic, Strong and feeling lean. Guys I am human.

Next thing.. TC took some video of my today.. I will probably post here soon.. I am embarrassed.. When I look at myself in the mirror I don't realise how fat I am. I recommend you get someone to video you and have a look at yourself from the outside..Make it real for yourself. I have improved a lot but being videoed is a real eye opener.. I am more motivated to loose this weight.. If you want motivation to loose weight video yourself.. Really,,,,,, do it.. See yourself from the outside..

I think you did pretty well for someone who is using the kettlebell the 2nd time. So how's your eating today?
